One screen, every country
Flowsheet, temper, ER, ash, scale and night-shift language. Country of origin does not reduce the screen. A well-spoken candidate can still fail it.
The miller screen
Every miller, quality, buyer, technical sales and commissioning candidate is screened by us — 25 to 40 minutes, in a language they will use on nights. Country of origin does not reduce it.

A mill in a second country should be able to shortlist from three names without re-testing flowsheet literacy.
Walk the flowsheet from first break to last reduction. Largest mill rate run, and whether they were alone on nights. Wheat 0.8 % below target Tm with 10 h bin time instead of 18 h — what happens to break release, 1M ash and SD? ER dropped and 1M ash rose; roll gaps look unchanged — rank three causes. Tighten RG versus change Diff. Purifier putting stock to the wrong side. Wheat classes actually milled.
If they cannot name break versus reduction passages, or “close the rolls” is the only answer to low ER, they are not submitted. In any country.

20 TPD is not 200 TPD is not 800 TPD. AH/APW is not DNS/HRW is not Group 1 UK. Stone-mill years are labelled, never sold as roller-mill command.
Not FMCG. Not feed mill sold as flour mill. Not bakery production. Adjacent grain roles only when they serve a mill.
If the only path is a false occupation story, we walk away. Night-shift language is tested, not self-scored. Dual-career households are asked about before flights.
NABIM / UK Flour Millers Advanced Certificate (modules 1–7). Diploma or Advanced Milling Diploma for head miller.
Swiss Milling School, assessed Bühler expert course, SAGMA or another national milling diploma plus proven shift command at comparable TPH.
Food science or chemistry plus named methods (ICC / AACC / local). Farino, FN and ash competence recorded.
Generic mechanical degree, feed-mill ticket, bakery diploma, stone-mill years, unsupervised family-mill title.
The name dies the day we become “global food jobs.” These exclusions do not expire.
